Dear Sir/Madam,

I would truly appreciate it if all dogs residing around the Halaman York area are methodically trained to refrain from barking at passerbys, some of whom may be people bearing the tendency to jump into nearby drains when barked at. Until such a procedure is completed, I shall calmly abstain from strolling in the above mentioned area so as to prevent further injury to myself.
