instructions: To be consumed every once in a while, so as to keep yourself whole and sane.
Ingredients: milk and honey
Method:
1) Pick a suitable saucepan. If you've taken science at any point of your miserable existence, then you should know that you don't want a pan with a large surface area or there's a higher chance of all your milk evaporating when you pour it in and leaving you with a nasty black pan. I Do Not speak from experience. *cough*.
2) Turn on the gas. Be very careful. If you leave the gas on too long before lighting the fire, you get something along the lines of a semi-explosion. Again, i do not speak from experience. *hacking cough*
3) Pour the milk into the saucepan WITHOUT spilling any of it onto the fire. This is bad for the stove.
4) Add one tablespoon of honey and stir continuously. As before, do not spill any of the honey on the fire. This is positively traumatising for the stove.
5) Stir continuously for approximately ten minutes on low heat. Do not use a fork to stir as this scratches the bottom of the pan quite badly. I do not speak from experience. *has a coughing seizure*
6) Drink up. If you're feeling gluttonous, consume with toast with butter and sugar, or chocolate digestive cookies.
It helps you get through life. Really :P
And it tastes amazing too :]
