i finally have a hobby

This is, i would say, my second hobby in my entire life.

My first was the cliche stamp-collecting. I did that for about one month at the most, and right now i believe that stamp album is still in existence, I'm just not too sure about its exact locations.

MY SECOND HOBBY: that i just 'officialised' today is..........

COLLECTING SEA GLASS.

These two are my favourite ones.

how much cooler is that compared to saying... well i used to collect stamps several years ago... and now i...uh... read... and read... oh yeah did i say read...

Today was my second sea-glass collecting event. The first was last year where i wasn't actually intentionally collecting them, i just so happened to pick them up and stuff them in my pocket because they looked 'nice'. Then i read this article about sea-glass, in an article from news week/national geographic/readers' digest/one of the many magazines that the ong household subscribes to.

Sea glass in my sink. They look better wet.

The foot i made from all my sea glass. And i picked up 5 poky cone things to make the toes 8)

The best thing about collecting sea glass is that most of the glass is green. Life suddenly feels like it's worth living :P

I was planning to make a sculpture out of them, then I realised I didn't have enough. SO I stopped. :P
